Boeing 707 low pass at Mashonaland Flying Club Air Day in Harare Zimbabwe back in 1995. First pass was around 400 knots at extremely low altitude followed by a second slow pass at 125 knots with flaps 40. Seeing a jet that size moving that low and that fast is unreal.

NASA has officially announced the four astronauts who will fly on the SpaceX Crew-13 mission to the International Space Station.

Meet the crew:
👩‍🚀 Jessica Watkins — Commander
👨‍🚀 Luke Delaney — Pilot
👨‍🚀 Joshua Kutryk — Mission Specialist
👨‍🚀 Sergey Teteryatnikov — Mission Specialist

Crew 13 will launch to the ISS NET Mid-September 2026

This marks the 13th crew rotation mission under NASA’s Commercial Crew Program. For over 25 years, the ISS has served as humanity’s laboratory in orbit; and this mission continues that legacy.

🇨🇦 CANADA IS HEADING BACK TO SPACE!
Canadian Space Agency astronaut Colonel Joshua Kutryk has been assigned to NASA’s SpaceX Crew-13 mission.

This will be:
• His first spaceflight
• The first Canadian astronaut to fly under NASA’s Commercial Crew Program
• The first Canadian astronaut to fly on Crew Dragon

Crew 13 will launch to the ISS NET Mid-September 2026

A native of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Kutryk is a former CF-18 fighter pilot and test pilot, now preparing for a long-duration mission aboard the International Space Station.

During the mission, he will:
🔬 Lead Canadian science focused on human health
🛠️ Support station operations
🌍 Help advance research that enables deep space exploration

Canada is once again sending one of its own to orbit; and this time, on a new generation spacecraft.
