मेरे ऊपर SC/ST एक्ट में FIR पर कुछ बातें सवर्ण समाज से

कोई मेरी माँ या बहन पर सीधे बलात्कारी मानसिकता के साथ यह कहे कि उसका विवाह मैं चंद्रशेखर के साथ करा दूँ, और मैं चुप रह जाऊँ तो आप बताइए कि मैं कैसा पुत्र या भाई हूँ?

इतने पर भी चंद्रशेखर को ले कर मैंने कोई जातिसूचक शब्द नहीं बोला, जो उक्त वीडियो में है। जब स्टेज से ब्राह्मणों की बेटियों को खींचने की बातें होती हैं और किसी SC नेता का चेला सोच-समझ कर उकसाने के लिए ऐसी बात करेगा, तो मैं चुप कैसे रहूँगा?

आज व्यक्ति अपने मौलिक अधिकारों को समझे या न समझे, वह यह अवश्य जानता है कि SC/ST एक्ट क्या है। तो मैं जब बोलता हूँ तो मुझे अपनी सीमाएँ (चाहे वह कितनी ही अनुचित क्यों न हों) पता हैं कि क्या बोलना है, क्या नहीं।

मैं जानता हूँ कि दिल्ली पुलिस के नॉर्थ अवेन्यू स्टेशन में आजाद समाज पार्टी वालों ने कितना दवाब दे कर रात के बारह बजे यह FIR लिखवाया है जो कोर्ट में दो मिनट नहीं टिकेगा। एक भी धारा ऐसी नहीं है जो होल्ड करेगी।

मैं सैनिक स्कूल का छात्र हूँ और इतनी रैगिंग झेल चुका हूँ कि मेरा मनोबल तोड़ने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस को कस्टडी में मेरी हत्या करनी पड़ेगी, दो-चार डंडों से मेरा मनोबल नहीं टूटने वाला। और यदि मैं जीवित बच गया तो इसी स्थिति में जंतर मंतर जाऊँगा और अपने समाज से कहूँगा कि बताओ, तुम्हारी बहन और माँ को ले कर कोई ऐसी टिप्पणी करे तो क्या करोगे?

यदि ऐसा कमेंट फिर मेरे वीडियो पर आया तो मैं पुनः उसी तरीके से उत्तर दूँगा जो मैंने दिया। कानून जब तक है, संशोधन नहीं होता, मैं उसका सम्मान करूँगा और दिल्ली पुलिस के साथ पूर्ण सहयोग करूँगा। 92% ऐसे केस केवल प्रताड़ित करने के लिए होते हैं।

अंत में, सवर्ण समाज से यह पूछना चाहता हूँ कि क्या इस तरह की टिप्पणी पर मुझे सह लेनी चाहिए थी क्योंकि किसी पार्टी के लोग नाराज हो जाएँगे? क्या ब्राह्मणों की माँ और बहनें इन रेप मैंटिलिटी से संचालित गुंडों के शाब्दिक बलात्कार के लिए जन्म लेती हैं?

I had a 20 minute conversation on the phone with Mr Sivakumar today and felt so utterly helpless at the end of it. He broke down in tears many times. From placing his daughter’s body in the morgue to the response of the police, from cremation grounds to cops, he spoke of hostile red tape and open corruption. The most horrific account of sexual violence and abuse has emerged from Satara in Maharashtra where a 26 year old female doctor who worked in a government hospital has died by suicide - leaving a short hand written note on the palm of her hand and a longer four page letter - detailing how Sub Inspector Gopal Badne raped her four times. In more shocking details that are now emerging, the hand written letter accessed by @themojostory also points a finger at a Member of Parliament who she alleges pressured her through his two personal assistants. The entire tussle, her note says, was over her being asked to issue fake fitness certificates in police cases. Her abuse and harassment, she writes, began, when she declined to do so. Recounting a specific incident she says two assistants to an MP walked into the hospital where she worked and asked for such fake fitness certificates. When she resisted, the men made her speak to the MP who pressured her to do what they demanded . Her family says she made several complaints to senior officers of the police in writing but no action was taken. Absolutely horrific abuse of power that took the life of a young woman. When will our women have a safe working environment? Every such horror account will discourage women from entering or staying in the work force apart from of course the gigantic tragedy of a life lost

On 16 August 2004, 7–8 men stormed Rajiv Kirana Store on Gaushala Road in Siwan and looted the cash counter.

When Rajiv, who was sitting in the shop, protested, they beat him up. Sensing danger, Rajiv’s brother Girish ran into the bathroom, grabbed a bottle of acid, and threatened the attackers: “Run, or I’ll throw the acid.” Hearing this, they all fled.

But within a short time, they returned as a pack. They abducted Rajiv along with his brothers, Girish and Satish. All three were taken to Pratappur. Near a sugarcane field, Girish and Satish were tied to a tree. Rajiv was made to sit aside.

A little later, the then Member of Parliament from the RJD, Shahabuddin, arrived. He set up his darbar on the spot and delivered his judgment: “Give both of them an acid bath.” The moment his order was spoken, his henchmen began pouring acid over Girish and Satish. Both screamed in agony. Smoke rose from their burning bodies. The stench spread in the air. As they writhed and shrieked, not a shred of mercy surfaced in anyone. Rajiv froze, as if the blood had drained from his veins. He went silent. They took him hostage and started demanding ransom from his father, Chanda Babu.

On the third day, Rajiv somehow escaped and reached home. He told his father, Chanda Babu, about Shahabuddin’s brutality. Hearing everything, Chanda Babu was shattered. Shahabuddin’s men had threatened him too, but he steeled his mind and, without caring for the consequences, went straight to the police station.

The station in-charge trembled at the thought of filing a case against Shahabuddin. He tried convincing Chanda Babu how costly it could be to pick a fight with him. Chanda Babu went to the SP. When the SP refused to meet him, he went to the DIG. Only after the DIG intervened was the FIR finally registered at the police station.

The case reached court. Chanda Babu named Shahabuddin as the conspirator. At the age of 70, he stood as a witness. He feared that, like in many earlier cases, Shahabuddin might again walk free. At home, he had his wife and a fourth son who was disabled, and he was responsible for his care too.

Rajiv, the third son and the sole eyewitness, was scheduled to testify in court on 19 June 2014. But before that could happen, on 16 June, he was riddled with bullets and killed.

Shahabuddin was arrested in this case only after the ruling RJD was removed due to President’s Rule. He stayed in Siwan jail only for formality. Shahabuddin ran a virtual empire from jail. His cell was his throne. He conducted meetings, and anyone could walk in to meet him, subject to checks by his bodyguards. Every afternoon at four, he held audience for his subjects, who arrived to meet their Saheb and get their problems resolved, until 2017 when he was transferred out of Bihar to Tihar Jail.

This is just one of the many heinous crimes Shahabuddin committed. The list is very long. He died a natural death during COVID without paying for his sins.

His son Osama has now received a ticket from the same RJD from Raghunathpur in Siwan.

12:28 am Lodged a Complaint in Railmadad Website : Gave my PNR Number, Coach and Seat details and written a brief complaint

12:31 am Got a Call from Railway Helpline : Confirming the complaint

12:34 am Got an SMS from Railway Helpline

12:49 am Got a Call from RPF saying that the vehicle has gone to yard and they have asked to check in Yard

01:12 am Got a message from Whatsapp with Two Photos of my watch

01:13 am Got the second call from RPF saying that they have found a watch and wanted to check whether it is mine

This is Amazing Work from all concerned
To be frank this is not even a "complaint". There is nothing wrong by the Railways. It was my mistake to keep the watch in the train.

Within 40 minutes of my complaint in the website, in the midnight, for no fault of theirs, a dozen people have worked.
Some one has registeed the complaint and informed the RPF
RPF has noted it
Some one has checked the platform and foud the train had gone to year
Some one has informed the yard
Some one in Yard had given instructions
Some one had gone to the train and found the watch
They have taken taken photo and passed it back the command chain
They have send the image to me and confirmed

They have informed the Helpline and I got a message that the complaint had been closed

Today Morning, I went to the Station, gave a letter requesting the watch, xerox copies of my ticket and Aadhar and got back my watch after signing the register
