Proud to present my lifesize T. rex head, affectionately named Hannibal. I created this myself from start to finish- digital sculpture, 3D printing, painting, etc. Quite a learning curve involved but very pleased with how he turned out.
Gurilynia version. When I first sketched the painting I didn't scale the bird correctly. And then I realized how big this bird was, it didn't look good to me. But I keep this version because it's interesting to see how big some Enantiornithes were.

I'm a little stressed by the drop in my activity on all platforms... but I kinda deserved it with my infrequent posts lol
How do you take the temperature of a T. rex 66 million years too late? Time machine? Impossible.
Billionaire’s dinosaur island? Risky.
Geochemistry? Much safer 🦖🌡️
