@RoyalMail Your IVR claims a 10min wait, but it’s was 20+min with repeated msg about kindness. On the call, I was told even the 2-hr slot is an estimate, with no guarantee of even same-day delivery. Royal Mail also won’t inform the receiver if the parcel won’t arrive on time.

@thameswater Yes , but if you decide to block the road you must give notice. And the driver could park a meter ahead and that should have given enough space . I had to request few times . All one expects is the courtesy to move for a moment and allow others to pass
