@firstdirecthelp I'm a long term customer - you've been holding my money for two weeks. Same account, same payment source. Offers of responses from CEO not received. Information vacuum. No calls or support. Appalling customer service, legally and morally negligent.
@firstdirect@firstdirecthelp@HSBC Day 4 with my funds received by you, now missing due to your internal technical fault. No one able to say when this will be resolved or next steps. Appalling
@RobertMSterling hell yes...Store in person purchase ( shirt) refused to give me a receipt unless I gave my email and joined their community. Late stage capitalism BS. Great post
I have never forgotten telling man after man in cell after cell how long they would get in prison for the 2011 London riots.
Once enthusiasm for lobbing bins at police has waned, once your pals have been arrested, once the booze & adrenaline subside - you realise.
Then regret.
you may be right @elonmusk - it feels like imminent civil war in London this evening - people from all races and religions sitting in the sun, having picnics, walking dogs, playing frisbee, enjoying the greatest city in the world. Primrose Hill, London.
I was both incredibly nervous but incredibly honoured to be asked on here, and if you’re going to talk about your FEELINGS in public then this is about the loveliest & most supported show to do it on. Thank you for having me, and for those that listened 🏝 https://t.co/k0ztWpMQi4
@RachelBurnham We saw it last night too. Brilliant. So poignant on st David’s day, So moving, stunning story telling & stagecraft. Though hoping the person in the audience is ok….
Wow @JohnLewisRetail what happened? Your CS was exemplary. Such a shame as this gave you such an advantage. Recent experiences with you have been truly some of the worst
Dear @EastMidRailway this train (Ldn - Sheffield) is disgraceful. Every seat taken, every standing space taken, scores sitting in mid train corridors so I guess 500 people on it and ONLY ONE WORKING TOILET at one end, so people must crawl over each 100s to reach it. It's degrading, like something from the 19th century.
PS and as I walked to the loo, apologising profusely, a number of people asked me to say something publicly about it. One of the reasons for this tweet.
