Chenโs paper has a bug, independently discovered by Hongxun Weng and Thomas Vidick, that he doesnโt know how to fix. If I understand correctly, in its current form the paper doesnโt yield any improvement on prior algorithms.

@DriptoDebroy I've been using iPad+OneDrive for a few years and it works GREAT for reading and annotating papers! You can annotate PDFs in the OneDrive app in iPad, and it syncs to desktop and web. I really like that I can access the notes across Windows and Android devices too this way.
The qLDPC code paper from @IBMResearch for #quantum error correction is on the cover of @Nature today. Fun fact: @MingyuKang4 covered this paper in our very first @quantumnewsmtly video in Sep '23 when it was on arxiv! Feel free to give our explainer a watch :)
