Nearly every universal screener has some component of fact fluency, and if we are talking about universal screeners that are CBMs, it’s pure fluency. These are extremely common in the RTI era. @dylanwiliam@DrTozzo@JamesAFurey Alongside your point which still stands, of what I have seen suggests that it’s an issue of implementation, not of MTSS in itself: schools in the US were legislatively required to do MTSS, but most don’t know how (assessment, instructional match, etc). So it doesn’t work.
