@flyspicejet What happened ?? Even after DM all details no support no call back. This is really sad. Where is my refund ???? @AAI_Official @flyspicejet

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@MoCA_GoI I just feel we customers are idiots to book flight with @flyspicejet even after knowing they are dead company and there management team will rot in hell for cresting such pain to customers !!! #SayNoTOSpiceJet #fraudcompany

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@sachingoyal999 @cars24india @Cars24Support @MayankS3094 @MumbaiPolice They are actually very very bad customer service. I don’t know how they even continue in business. No customer support and replies to email. There is no portal as well where we can complaint about such companies to government. Just pray and hope 🙏

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

It’s over 5 months i have still not received my Chassis plate cut out after selling the car to @cars24india for scrapping. They just say team is looking for. This is very very bad @Cars24Support. Can anyone suggest what can be done @MayankS3094 #cars24 @MumbaiPolice 🙏🙏

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support I have received the email with the photo of chassis cut out but no information on when will the team courier the same? Also update on the scrapping certificate ? @MayankS3094 @Cars24Support @cars24india

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

This is still resolved even after 20 days specially after making the booking through #tataneu app itself. This is really bad. All o get in response is automated replies. @tata_neu
Bad service very bad !!!

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

It’s such a shame for big company like #Tata to unable to resolve an issue for last 15 days. @tata_neu

Reference Id: #12677614

Even after booking very thing from @tataneu app this is very embarrassing. And it’s such a shame to put this here on X, but left no other choice.

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support Even after back to back emails there is absolutely zero response. Someone Khushi from @Cars24Support @cars24india said we have couriered chassis plate, no update yet. Also no update on the certificate of destruction as well

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

One of the most horrible and nightmare experience o had selling car to @cars24 India. One of the worst support team filled with lies, zero transparency and false promises all along. Wasted days because of these along with mental harassment’s. Please 🙏 avoid selling to #cars24

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

Are you seriously kidding ?? The issue is with the chassis number plate and certification of destruction ?? Where are they and no calls from your teams. Following up continuously. Received a email yesterday from your team saying cannot provide the certificate ???

[CARS24 Support @Cars24Support]

@deepeshdjain Hi Deepesh! We understand your concern and would like to inform you that we have refunded Rs. 2200 to your account. We would request you to please check it with your bank account.

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support @vakeelsahb91 @MumbaiPolice Still received no support or call back from @cars24india @Cars24Support team. I don’t even know whether my car has been scrapped or not ? These are lying people at #cars24
@MumbaiPolice is there any complaint i can do ?

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support So your team takes 20 days to even reply or what ?? The vendor #FiZAmotors who took the car says that it’s scrapped and chassis sent to #cars24 team and @Cars24Support absolute zero support. @vakeelsahb91 is there anything cab be done ? @MumbaiPolice what action can I take ?

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@perfectminz @grok which song is she singing ?

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support @cars24india The kind of trauma and mental harassment i am going through is very bad, just keep calling there customer support team with no answers.
A genuine request 🙏🏼🙏🏼 to everyone, please 🙏🏼 avoid doing any transaction with this @Cars24Support company and save yourself with mental trauma

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support This is genuinely the worst service and support I can ever expect from a PAN Indian company. It’s more than 18 days my car taken by @cars24india and no chassis, no video of scrap and no scrap certificate. Last call I received 10 days ago from #vineet and nothing after that…..

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@Cars24Support That’s hysterical! It’s more than 24 hours since the complaint and the team is working on what, just to release kavach money which is Rs 2200 and check whether car scrapped or not !!! I have documented all my communications along with call recordings !!

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

@vakeelsahb91 @cars24india @Cars24Support Yeah, they don’t even call or message nothing ! Even they seller protection money they have not released! This is so pathetic !! Don’t know what to do ?

[Deepesh Jain @deepeshdjain]

Never use #Hoora for your car or bike washing service. They are most pathetic and scammers in the city. There staff doesn’t come, there support team gives false promises and after a point they stop picking your calls.
