Ozone greens jalladianpet. This builder we bought our flat from had promised swimming pool, club house, gym, and many other amenities. All beautifully photographed and shown in brochure. This was around 2016 with promised delivery in 2019. In between came demonetization and then came corona the original company changed hands , instead of getting amenities buyers were scare if they would even get a possession and hurriedly moved in as corona hit us. None of the promised amenities were delivered. 8 towers of 19 floors each, having mix of 4,3,2,1 bhk flats. Some of the towers delayed for more than 5 years. Partly constructed and broken boundary walls due to which street dogs roam in freely. Till date has not provided permanent EB and runs diesel gensets for power supply. Not handed over the corpus fund to association. Partial completion certificates exist for towers and still waiting for completion certificates. Defunct STP handed over in bad condition and we incur lakhs for just sewage disposal every month. Fire safety on paper and waiting for one disaster to happen for the right authorities to wake up. 1000 + residents were duped and sold the flats. Many RERA cases filed got favourable verdicts but builder doesn’t seem to care.

@Senthilthanika @genZ_Tigers I took time to searcht he old tweets, but he seems related it. There 2 tweets , 1. He said Vijay was with Trisha inside the bus during that karur incident and 2. Vijay was busy in dance with Trisha rather than doing compaign. No diff b/w him and Nakheeran.

@aheenmaxi @FelixGerald_TVK Savukku is not setting narratives, it's clear that he is blackmailing concern persons in the govt to release or unfreeze his assets , bank ac etc. That too he makes it a way people to support him. Please check his tweets before election,he abused Vijay with Trisha more than DMK

@SAMI_hadyh Please note , he was eager to alliance with TVK before elections. At the time there were no nos with TVK for Rajyasabha, the blame should to INCC not one person.

I too know those are not new projects, 2 days ago only the commissioner was appointed after 8 months or nearly 1 year. Every dept both pol parties presence still , those needs to be cleared.
