Banks give ₹1 crore accidental cover to salary a/c holders, but their own staff get only ₹5–20 lakh (officers) and ₹5–10 lakh (clerical) ( normal term.policy not taking about accidental) atleast up to 1 crore to be extended atleast via affordable top up. If welfare truly mattered, protection would start at home. For show, they spend big; for staff, they stay silent.

कस्टमर बिना खाता नंबर के किसी और के खाते में पैसे जमा करने आए थे और उस समय ब्रांच में कनेक्टिविटी नहीं आ रही थी तो सुमित जो की (सहायक प्रबंधक) ने उन्हें पासबुक लाने को कहा और इसी बात पर बहस हो गई।
