If you treat the drivers call as a trigger for the payment. Number of phone calls you receive will increase and it directly effect the efficiency of ground team.

Operations should always be proactive. It should not be reactive.

In logistics terms, do not expect the call from the driver about the payments. Instead, we should check the bucket of finished unloading trucks and initiate the payments by POD.
