Paid ₹3,800 for 2AC tickets to Delhi (2 seats) and allotted side lower & side upper seats which are not at all comfortable, with heavy mosquito problem in coach. This is not the service we paid for. Travelling with family. Kindly arrange immediate upgrade to proper seats or process refund. Travelling with a 3 year old baby, makes it more dangerous.

The allotted side-lower berths are noticeably tilted and uneven, making it impossible to rest through the night. Being enclosed from both sides, the middle portion dips and rises, causing significant discomfort. This is far below the expected standard of a 2AC journey.
A change of both seats or an immediate upgrade is sincerely expected.
It has been over 45 days, and the issue remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. There have been no responses, updates, communications, or refund issued.
Multiple 24–48 hour timelines were given and repeatedly missed. I request you review the entire communication trail to assess the matter.
This reflects ongoing harassment, false assurances, and lack of accountability. I seek immediate intervention and a final, time-bound resolution.
