IIM उदयपुर की स्टडी के अनुसार:
2020-21 से 2023-24 के बीच जनरल कैटेगरी के 37 लाख बच्चों का एन्ट्री गिर गया।

SC/ST/OBC का शेयर 61% पार कर गया। जनरल की सीटें अब सिर्फ 38-39% रह गई हैं, जिसमें सवर्ण, मुस्लिम और अन्य सब शामिल हैं।

प्रतिशत ही नहीं, अब्सोल्यूट संख्या भी गिर रही है।
सवाल ये है: सवर्णों का टैलेंट खत्म हो गया है, या अलग-अलग स्कीम्स और रिजर्वेशन बढ़ा-बढ़ाकर सिस्टम ही ऐसा बना दिया गया है कि जनरल कैटेगरी के बच्चे सिस्टम से बाहर हो रहे हैं?

38% में सबको ठूंस दिया गया है। इस पर चुप रहना मतलब अपनी ही पीढ़ी को धोखा देना।
न मोदी जी राष्ट्र हैं, न योगी जी राष्ट्र हैं। राष्ट्र हम सब हैं। और जब टैलेंट पाइपलाइन ही सूखने लगे, तो बोलना जरूरी है।

In Madhya Pradesh, BJP-Congress stood shoulder to shoulder to implement 73% quota.
BJP strengthened it's elder brother Congress at every step.
Hence, its an important win for the constitution, GCs against this formidable BJP-congress alliance.

How the BJP-Congress alliance against the General Category and equality worked in close coordination is explained below:

08.03.2019: Two days before the model code of conduct came for 2019 elections, Congress govt under Kamal Nath promulgated an ordinance (Ordinance No.2 of 2019 ) to increase OBC reservation from 14% to 27%, there by increase the total reservation to 73%.
This ordinance was based on the Mahajan Commission report of 1983.
This Mahajan Commission report portrayed Lord Ram ridiculed as casteist, Hinduism was ridiculed, Periyar EV Ramaswamy and Jyotibai Phule were glorified

19.03.3029: Honorable MP High Court stayed the aforesaid ordinance and said reservation cannot exceed 50%

13-08-2019: MP govt under Kamal Nath brought in an act (Act No. 12 of 2019) to increase OBC reservation from 14% to 27%, there by increase the total reservation to 73%

28.01.2020: Honorable MP High Court stayed the act and said reservation cannot exceed 50%

23.03.2020: MP Congress govt under Kamal Nath lost majority and BJP govt headed by Shivraj Singh Chauhan came to power

29.09.2022: Despite the existence of Stay of the 73% quota, BJP govt issued notifications for employment with 73% reservation. Meaning, BJP govt openly defied the stay of the High Court not to exceed 50%

04.05.2022: Honorable MP High Court stayed the aforesaid notification and said reservation cannot exceed 50%

29.07.2023: BJP govt realized that the 73% quota was not on a legally strong footing as it was based on 40 year old Mahajan Commission report. So they hurriedly commissioned another study by Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University of Social Sciences (BRAUSS).
This study covered only a sample size of 10,000 people among the State population of 8.5 crores (0.012% of the state population) and concluded that OBCs should be given 27% quota. Ironically, this report was never published in any public domain.

2025: MP BJP govt approached Honorable Supreme Court to lift the HC stay on 73% quota. Just 2 days before the hearing in Supreme Court, MP government filed the BRAUSS report and said that they have got a new report.
𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗕𝗝𝗣 𝗴𝗼𝘃𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝗻 2023 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆'𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 73% 𝗾𝘂𝗼𝘁𝗮.

General Category petitioners and lawyers analyzed the new BRAUSS report in a very short time and pointed out the report was flawed and unscientific.
GC petitioners filed their counters against BAUSS report in Supreme Court in just 1 week.
Hon'ble Supreme Court sent back the case to MP High Court

July-August 2026: General Category petitioners engaged some of the best Senior lawyers in the country including Mr. Aman Lekhi, Mr. Gopal Sankarnarayanan, Mr. Pradeep Sancheti, Ms. Aprajita Singh, Mr. Anshuman Singh, Advocate Mr. Jitendra Kumar Tripathi, Advocate Pooja Dhar, Advocate Rahul Pratap, Advocate Pallavi Bali, Advocate Omkar Hemanth, Advocate Sanjeet Shukla, Advocate Rohan Harne, Advocate Anshul Tiwari and several other lawyers

09.10.2026: Honorable MP High Court quashed the 27% OBC quota and said the reservation for SC,ST,OBCs cannot exceed 50%
