@GuruAnaerobic This is great. I use the Cooper 1.2km test to track my VO2 max. I guess I’m looking for the answer to - Is VO2 Max the holy grail of fitness. shouldn’t one also track strength? If yes, then what are the standards for it based on age cohorts?
