@kanak_news Remembering childhood days in Govt. schools, we had broken wheat for midday meals. India was then seen as underdeveloped, like Sub-Saharan Africa. Now, as we aim to become a developed nation, I think it is better to give broken wheat as midday meal as compare to this. @CMO_Odisha
