@BKBournemouth_ 1 hour before anyone took a good order, main item on the menu not available and we weren’t told, 1.5 hours for my gf’s main, 2 hours for mine. We had to leave without me eating over 2 hours after arriving. Unacceptable service.

@deandunham Teletext only ever respond to refund claims with ‘we’re waiting on airline/accommodation supplier to refund us first’. Legally, do @TeletextHoliday have a responsibility to refund their customers regardless of whether they have been refunded themselves?
