91. 15 जून 1953 इस देश में मुस्लिम वोट बैंक की राजनीति का दुबारा सूत्रपात हुआ,इसके सूत्रधार बने जवाहर लाल नेहरु जी।15 जून 1953 को अखिल भारतीय मुस्लिम,मौलाना सम्मेलन हुआ,उस सम्मेलन का पहला एजेंडा था कि हम पहले और अंतिम केवल मुसलमान हैं और हमारी विचारधारा या देशभक्ति केवल इस्लाम है ।उनका दूसरा एजेंडा था कि मुसलमानों के लिए अलग क़ानून वक़्फ़ जो कि उत्तर प्रदेश के एक सांसद सैय्यद मुहम्मद अहमद कासमी ने 1952 में पेश किया है उसे पारित किया जाए ।इस सम्मेलन के खिलाफ लखनउ में दंगा हो गया, नेहरु जी ने हिन्दूओं को गाली देना शुरू कर दिया,उन्होंने कैलाशनाथ काट्जू जी को नवम्बर 1953 में पत्र लिखकर कहा कि हिन्दू और यहूदी में कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं है,हिंदू दंगाई है तथा हिन्दू अविश्वसनीय है ।हिन्दुओं के कारण भारत का भविष्य अंधकार में है,उन्होंने उत्तरप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री गोविन्द बल्लभ पंत जी का हिन्दी पर सम्मेलन का आग्रह ठुकराया क्योंकि वे उर्दू सम्मेलन में जाना चाहते थे ।परिणाम 1954 में आया एक सांसद कासमी जी का व्यक्तित्व बिल वक़्फ़ क़ानून बन गया,39 लाख एकड़ के मालिक मुस्लिम वक़्फ़ बोर्ड के लोग हो गए,पाकिस्तान बनाने वाले लोगों की सरकारी संपत्ति भी वक़्फ़ की हो गई,दिल्ली के अंदर ही 117 ऐतिहासिक इमारतों पर क़ब्ज़ा हो गया ।हिन्दू दोयम दर्जे के नागरिक हो गए
