@BritishGasHelp this is day 5 of no heating due to my NEW British Gas installed boiler failing. Nice gesture if £20 compensation but I’ll be claiming a lot more for loss of earnings due to you not turning up!!! Tomorrow better be a better day.
@BritishGasHelp What an absolute lack of customer service from the British Gas team today. Do not get their services for an installation. New boiler lasted two weeks and they have walked away until Monday. Absolute joke.
