#Map by @JakubMarian shows the proportion of the population that lives in each European capital city. Sort of an indicator for the relative importance of the capital for the nation. Source: https://t.co/va8AmQH2sF
@mikeandallie Calculus shouldn’t be taught in math. Learning calculus is soooo much easier in computer science.
In CS the syntax has been refined over many generations to ease readability and complexity reduction. Maths syntax is useful for experts not for learners
Det er vigtigt, at vi stopper med at sige, at matematik er vanskeligt, og i stedet vender fokus mod, at det er arbejdskrævende samt kræver en indsats. Tilgengæld giver det en fantastisk indre følelse af belønning når man mestre det. #edtech https://t.co/gk7kyVpWXB
This statement changed my whole self perception. I've felt dumb my whole life because I don't do math fast. I AM GOOD AT MATH!!!!?! @joboaler#mathchat "being fast is not the same as being smart"
Are you not a 'math person'? Then fear not, as @joboaler has several ways to remove the obstacles learning math and solutions to break down the fixed mindset on math. #growthmindset https://t.co/IMuAWLrsmA
To be gritty is not to hold steadfast to you to-do list goals. To be gritty is to have a well-organized pyramid of goals. You have what some scientists call an ultimate concern, a goal that you are tenacious about. https://t.co/UvT7HAf4XB
Four fixed points A, B, C, D. Start at a point P and leapfrog over A (that is jump to a point to other side of A so that A is the midpoint of your jump), then leapfrog over B, then C, then D, then B, then C, then D, and then A. Where are you now?
