🇸🇪 to 🏟️🔴⚪️

Coventry only came to see the champions. 🏆
Fire, vibes, 3 goals, 3 points.

I guess WE’RE GONNA WIN THE LEAGUE AGAIN, WITH MIK ARTETA

[Deelar. @dilerAFC]

Can we dock Kai’s wages for the week and donate it to that lil kid? Imagine having to suffer from a life threatening disease AND that Kai Havertz performance.

[Deelar. @dilerAFC]

Couldn’t give a fuck about this competition but very much give a fuck about this performance. I want to gouge my eyes out.

[Deelar. @dilerAFC]

Thats a well rotated lineup. I’m pretty sure first XI would’ve been close to redlining in this cluster of games if they played today as well. We’re travelling a lot as well. Lets just come out of this injury free please🫠

Doesn’t even make sense, he was booked before the press conference! That’s why he was asked about it!

Rage baiting and driving narrative. Didn’t think the Athletic would stoop so low but what do I know.

[The Athletic | Football @TheAthleticFC]

Ex-Premier League referee Graham Scott (@Refsplaining) has shared his verdict on whether Mikel Arteta is being unfairly targeted for his touchline antics:

I’d say Mikel Arteta is in the spotlight because Arteta has decided to make an issue of Arteta’s treatment.

Arteta is in complete control of his own behaviour on the touchline, from where he chooses to stand to how he decides to react.

He is the one employing an analyst to review footage of the Premier League’s technical areas. He did not have to reveal this.

The Premier League could stop all of this by fixing a camera on the benches and fining miscreants every time they step out of line (literally). But the league likes the pantomime and has never minded the officials being cast as villains, so a change of approach is unlikely.

[Deelar. @dilerAFC]

Okay, sanctimonious cunt. Now how about you actually talk about applying the rules to everybody so one does not feel prejudiced against? Or is it too much to ask of the referees? The reason they are the pantomimes is because they apply rules as they please

None of these Spanish bums would be here without us

Never forget that 👍

The day I stopped taking awards seriously. It's nothing but politics.

[Billy Carpenter @billycarpy]

11 league starts last year.

Ahead of Saliba.

Fuck off.

[Billy Carpenter @billycarpy]

Arsenal have 0 of the top 14 players in the world.

and also, Arteta is overrated.

[🇳🇴 kimmoFC @kimmoFC]

In 23 seasons since The Invincible, not a single team have even made it to March before the dream was over.

In 87% of seasons they haven't even made it past December.

That's how hard it is.
Is yours gold? 🏆

[Dan Critchlow @afcDW]

People are trying to be pedantic about Arteta’s comments here, but if you’re pedantic enough, then he’s right.

Only two 16-year-olds have ever made more PL appearances than Dowman has (for now, he needs 2 more for the record), and neither were playing in the Champions League.

[North Bank Nadim @NorthBankNadim]

Emery wasn’t offered a new contract because he couldn’t get PSG past the last 16 of the CL in consecutive years. Arteta has gone QF, SF and Final in first three attempts.

Try again, Stephen. 🤡

[North Bank Nadim @NorthBankNadim]

Arsenal sold their best players to City and Chelsea and United and Barca for over a decade. To balance books. Spare us the lecture, we lived EXACTLY what you’re doing through.

The difference now is nobody wants to leave us, because we’re the Champions.

[Deelar. @dilerAFC]

What Man City’s cheating has done is given these idiots a voice. Great for comedy, bad for sport. City bought Ake and Semenyo from B’Mouth. Only team that asset stripped them was City, in seasons where they were within a couple wins of securing Europe. Same with Villa x 4

[Buvey @lawrence_bury]

Bournemouth have smashed Man Utd at Old Trafford and AC Milan in europe in a single week. 10 champions league titles between them. Incredible for them. Hopefully current Premier League rules mean their squad doesn’t get asset stripped by red cartel clubs in the summer.

Arteta rn

[HandofArsenal @HandofArsenal]

Enjoy Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal. We were the laughing stock of football. Turned us into English Champions. Respected in Europe.
Our fanbase has not had it this good since Prime Wenger. No one will ever stop me from fully backing Mikel. Gaffer!!!!!

Hope the good times last forever.
