@USCIS we are a group of 1700 people with 485 updated to case remains pending while 485j eb3 to eb2 is pending. We have no idea what is going on and I am sure we are creating Sr and keeping t1/t2 busy. Wana engage with us?

@USCIS There are Thousands of I-485 applications originally submitted to Texas and Nebraska service centers in October 2020. Most of them also requested transfer of underlying basis to EB2 already. When will you adjudicate them? @USCIS @USCISDirector @gsiskind @doug_rand @David_J_Bier

@doug_rand @USCISDirector @USCIS please take a look at the cases under’Case Remains Pending’. An officer tried to adjudicate however due to wrong category used(EB3), there are 100s of cases in this unfortunate status for no fault of theirs. Please help while the date is current!

@USCIS what’s up with the so many i485 current cases being updated to Case remains pending status after filing for transfer underlying basis(eb3 to eb2).This is a clear case of error and It’s extremely frustrating to see this after more than a decade long wait.

These delays cause "job loss, homelessness and overall anxiety," they wrote.
