When no attempt is made to resolve this issue or follow up I believe now legal action so be considered. How would you feel if your property that cannot easily be replaced and your children were exposed to mouse droppings where they sit and eat? Your sofa chewed and covered

@Vico_Homes for over 2 years my sister with 2 young girls have had a severe mouse infestation which you have not cleared. It has damaged her sofa curtains and other items! We will now be taking this further to the ombudsman and environmental health and also local councillors 😡

Your response to this each time is it will be 10 days to 2 weeks. Absolutely disgusting as mice carry various diseases including a respiratory disease and with one of the girls having a respiratory condition is more at risk. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting
