@myfear I would not entirely agree with the statement that the model is heavily focused on tooling - the investment and adoption aspects do cover organizational parts.
Regarding the boundaries💯 agree. Every model should be adapted to a specific org. context-like you said it nicely.

I suddenly have a lot of empathy for hiring managers and recruiters. We posted a paid Cloud Engineering internship listing 3 days ago with just 2 requirements:

- A documented, complete GitHub project
- A verified link to an Associate-level cloud certification

Out of 386 submissions, only 95 applicants (just about 25%) provided both the requested GitHub project link and certification link.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to learn and build on your own – you can gain real cloud experience with personal projects. And attention to detail matters. A lot of people missed out simply by not reading what was required and not providing the correct information.

There are some great submissions in here too, and I’m excited to start interviewing! 😊
