@and_bpd @vodafone Same! Moved from one @VodafoneUK product to another and they forgot to allocate my landline phone number. Case opened today was day 3 of waiting for a 3rd line representative to get in touch but nothing. A letter to @Ofcom is in order as this is unacceptable @VodafoneGroup
