@ClairDixon4@OctopusEnergy@anthslife Yes their response doesn’t make sense when you take into account fixes in last weeks and months were reduced by full amount.
@abzpaul@OctopusEnergy Yeah I agree. I know they can’t control the external factors but during a period of instability, why prioritise the fixed tariff notifications first when they were only going to go down! I kept asking too and was told the same. Now it’s too late!
@sarah_go_green@RobinMoseley778@OctopusEnergy I know. I’m just bitter that the fixed tarrif has gone up. People have secured off-peak pricing anywhere from 3.5p to 5.5p on fixes from 1st April and now it’s 8p and they just took so long to send out comms! “You snooze, you lose”.
@sarah_go_green@RobinMoseley778@OctopusEnergy I would say the people on variable are more important to send out notifications than fixed as their prices are fixed and only going to go down. Variable people could have made decisions earlier. There is only one reason they did it that way round.
@sarah_go_green@RobinMoseley778@OctopusEnergy I haven’t got mine yet! It went up today and others on other tariffs got their pricing last week and were able to make an informed decision. I know they can’t control the external factors but give everyone the same chance! That’s my issue.
@sarah_go_green@RobinMoseley778@OctopusEnergy They been emailing out in batches at a time where pricing is very volatile - it’s gone up 4 times recently. They have given others an unfair advantage in comparing prices. I knew this would happen as it’s the only reason they would have delayed sending out Variable IOG pricing 😡
@zindagaanii@Argos_Online@InPostUK@Apple Mine arrived today but a bit disappointing service from Argos (using Yodel in the first place) and Yodel being rubbish as ever.
@DylanMcD8@ostynhyss I think it works very well. I have 1.2TB photos in iCloud and on my phone it’s using just 11GB. Messages in iCloud is 36GB and on device is under 1GB. Not sure what more optimisation can be done?
