@rfleury Ryan, it's clear from the replies that adding some form of intelligence (even if it's artificial, even if it doesn't work) is badly needed by most of the Windows users.
@umbertoleon really resonate. I have also developed software (NeyroKod) - an exocortex/thought manager (pre-AI :) ) and so I read and think A LOT about these issues. And as a futurologist, the danger of "The Machine Crusade" is on my mind lately.
@umbertoleon Looking forward! Amazing. I work on integrating futurology, strategy, innovation and intelligence and your words "By forecasting the neurocognitive effects of these technologies, educational and political communities can anticipate future scenarios and formulate strategic plans"
@robinhanson@ESYudkowsky Hypothetically speaking, Eliezer, would you be interested in joining a new (replacement, alt) FHI - not oxford-based, but international? And not academic/philosophical, but more "striving to be a live player" like.
@batwood011@SindarinTech DMs don't work as I am not verified. Please add me or DM me first (or message on Telegram https://t.co/uBwrj8rXvu ). Working on "Intelligence as technology" project targeting corporations and large orgs. Our focus is on things like action schemas, etc. in a broader org context.
@alexgelland This doesn't seem to be about "leaving students’ CLA score was very highly correlated to their incoming SAT score". This report appears to be about how CLA scoring can be used to compare results with a standard and how standards can be set.

@SamoBurja ...and instructs Prigozhin to open a second front and take Kiev in three (or so it turns out) days after all.
Waiting for news of the org-conclusions on Shoigu and the rest to check this version. :)

@SamoBurja Putin in some correct way confirms to Prigozhin that he has understood everything.
Probably arranges with Lukashenko to send Wagner to the territory of Belarus, reinforcing the PMCs with equipment (plus, perhaps, Belarusian volunteers/contractors and Africans)...

@homebrew I hate how computer tech expropriates words. I actually happen to have a real startup that uses (sort of) actual jetpacks to deploy (as well as consume) actual clouds. And who will pay attention to us now?
@linden_gracie wrote https://t.co/uDh9J2Zz3B and published it on Feb 21. How she managed to omit the fact that Feb 20-26 is #Maslennitsa in Russia is just crazy...
@jachiam0 ...Individuals overly rely on social information and evolve to be too readily influenced by their neighbours. This is due to a classic evo.conflict between individual and collective interest. The result is a sub-optimal system that is poised on the cusp of total unresponsiveness.
@jachiam0 Also this:
"By using a simple model of decision-making in a dynamic environment, we find that when individuals behave rationally and are subject to selection based on their accuracy, optimality of collective decision-making is not attained...
