@SimbaSleep twice I requested return of mattress. Sent all photos as requested. Was told I’d be contacted by returns team within 2 days and despite chasing twice, one week later nobody has bothered to contact me. Very poor service from Simba and given support plenty chances…
@AvivaUK aviva zero have the worst customer service. Can only contact via email which they respond to after 24 hours. I emailed a week ago (more than 5 days befor renewal due) to change my card details for the payment as your website doesn’t let me do this. No response!
@easyJet for Tel Aviv airport departures which terminal do I go to? Your website says all easyJet flights depart from Terminal 1 but my ticket confirmation says it’s Terminal 3.
