@stefanruehle @slashinvestor @nntaleb And a matter of sufficiently descriptive training data at the boundaries of common experience. Self driving are taking longer than expected for instance. Sure autopilot can handle a straight highway, but it lacks the data to handle the weird corner cases.

. @OpenAI there are so many risks associated with chat GPT. With information on the open internet, it can all be vetted, corrected, and discredited. With chatGPT factual information is private by default. There is no external fact checking.

WRT GPT:
1) anything good it generates is almost by definition average
2) it will hallucinate very confidently. If you get an unlucky sample, you'll suddenly be confident in random guesses it starts making.
It would be great if there was a "confidence level" in the results.

Spotify is a vastly superior experience to Apple Music, which shows Apple doesn’t need to innovate their services and can rely on a user base that believes anything “Apple” is superior even when it’s not. Apple Music’s slow performance and lack of device handoff says it all.
