Today: Twelve new $SAVA trial sites added to ClinicalTrials .gov website for @CassavaSciences Phase3 Open Label Extension (since 4/24/24). New total of 95 sites now available to compassionately treating a whopping ~90% of P3 patients electing to enter #simufilam's P3-OLE!

I reviewed the $ktra poster. Two new patients were added. 63% of 11 patients treated for Merkel responded. These were treated AFTER failure of a Keytruda/Check point inhibitor. So they had no hope.

Protocol was failed keytruda, treat with 2-3 injections if ifx2.0 one week apart. Retreat with keytruda and 63% (7 out of 11) responded. One patient went into remission then fell out of remission. They were retreated and responded AGAIN. Initially the disease was metastasized prior to ifx2.0.

Phase 3 will be combined with front line treatment vs waiting for it to fail. So… the typical response for merkel to keytruda is 50% or so. This means TuHURA ifx2.0 will like up that to 90%+
