@GWRHelp I just paid to upgrade my ticket on the 21.02 Paddington to Chippenham train only for the train manager to let off the person two seats in front of me who didn’t want to pay.

This is clearly unfair! Why should I not get a refund of the upgrade?

@mattrandle42 @ComPolicyForum @ClemCowton They absolutely are! The wind farms in Clem's example are not being paid any more than they would be if we had enough grid capacity to take it.

@lukasz401 @ClemCowton It'll be more expensive though. If there is abundant wind/solar prices are low but as soon as you curtail it goes up again.

@Otto_English I completely agree with your sentiment but the HoL actually behaved *democratically* by standing up to the Tories as long as possible but not ultimately blocking the elected body, i.e. The HoC.
