You didn't reach customer until customer recahes you for late delivery.

@zomato 12.45 I ordered my food and the estimation time to deliver is 45 mins which means my food should deliver around 1.30pm. but still I didn't received my food and in tracking it showing same for 2hours.i recahed 4 customer support executives they are not giving proper answer
