@Uber_Support lol. They gave a EUR 0.12 refund for a cancelation fee? Ride wasn’t even cancelled - this was a bogus wait time fee. The concern is that I was dropped off in the middle of nowhere with a lot of luggage with the driver refusing to go to the hotel.
