As of now, none of us know whether we are teaching remotely or in person. The volume and complexity of planning that needs to happen in a very short amount of time is considerable.

We want to be in person, but only with a safe plan (which we do not have). Other districts developed hybrid models that work well to serve ALL, including special education students.

@DPEA62 2/2 The learning environment will be sterile and need to provide socioemotional and academic support from a distance. Children will be in desks all day. They cannot work in groups. They cannot meet with the teacher at the teacher's table. The teacher cannot circulate.
