Lately I've been moving toward a single terminal experience with @herdrdev

The setup consists of ghostty, herdr + herdr-reviewr, lazygit and lazyvim.

I can easily see which agents need my attention and organize my terminal tabs per project, feature, worktree, etc. Pretty neat!
