فيه مضاعفات كتيرة ممكن تحصل في حالة إهمال جلطة القلب أهمها وأخطرها ضعف/ هبوط عضلة القلب الاحتقاني وده بنشوفه لما يعدي على المريض مدة 24-48 ساعة دون تدخل طبي مناسب وممكن يتحول لضعف دائم بالعضلة.

20 year old female patient, known to have rheumatic heart disease, went AVR and MVR with mechanical prosthesis 2 years ago.
3 months ago, developed severe vaginal bleeding due to overshooting INR, and required hospitalization to correct hemodynamic state. 👇
