Rocket science for @GBA_office is

1) Cleaning all the drains
2) Clearing garbage / dust along the road which choke the road.

If rainwater flows to drain and if there is no waterlogging then Roads will sustain well.

Rocket science engineer @GBAChiefComm will lecture a lot but ends up as a failure during 1-2cm rain also.
