5 years ago today the world changed. In NYC the medical system shut down elective procedures and encountered the beginning of a #COVID tsunami that was unprecedented. No chaperone was also on list but very low down the list

Need to have conversations about these early & frequently w patients to mitigate

Largest predictors of No Show & last minute cancellations in our practice are Young Age No PCP & Insurance - Private > over MCD w High deductible Insurance (for office visits and endo)
