If my calculations are right the fat cat boss of @stwater Liv Garfield has now earned over £31,000,000 since taking over the company in 2014.
Bloody hell! All that for running a monopoly providing drinking water to customers with no choice. How hard can it be?

@DrPeteMalliaras A full analysis of why this may have happened is a better place to start rather than random treatments. Load intensity, fatigue, strength deficits and ensuring no other injuries coming on eg early chondromalacia etc etc

This was one of the stand out presentations from the conference. For anyone who wants to know how to progress tendon load for the patellar tendon this is the paper
Excellent presentation by @scattonesilva on patellar tendon load progressions. In this recent publication they’ve investigated load in patellar tendon during various exercises. Great clinical applications!! @kgSilbernagel @joshrbaxter @ASprague_PT@BiomechHullfish@ISTS_2023
After this mornings #tendinopathy presentation #ISCPConf23 some were asking for a copy of my assessment form which I've been using. Please feel free to use/share and would love to hear if its useful. SCREENDEM and think of the ABCs to build

@kashakhtar@gregthephysio Hi Greg hope you’re keeping well. I agree with Kash here - good clinical assessment really important. Treatment of the patient not the scan important. Having said that I’d also make sure the MRI is good quality and reported by a good MSK sports radiologist
@Angie_Hulst@tomgoom 12 weeks is a long time to wait for an MRI report, your trust is presumably struggling. You may get some help going through PALS or other hospital procedures
@TendonImaging Great pictures. Treated appropriately the gouty Tophus will eventually resolve no indication for surgery / intervention. A great example of how metabolic conditions can affects tendons
@DrJN_SportsMed Hi James. The SIJ and T-spine don’t look particularly inflammatory for a 40 year old. The CVJ possibly. Be interesting to see if responds well to Cox-2. Any H/O psoriasis or IBD in family? Any additional enthesitis? Thanks
Limits are there to be broken. By you and me together.
I can say that I am beyond happy today that the official world record is once again faster. Thank you to all the runners in the world that inspire me every day to push myself.
