#DRC: UDPS threatens to kill “Westerners in Kinshasa,” attack the Belgian Embassy, and distribute weapons to civilians to spread the war!

A senior official of UDPS, the ruling party of Félix Tshisekedi, has announced plans for a massive sit-in in front of the Belgian Embassy! He has also issued an explicit threat, saying: “Soon, no Westerner will be allowed to leave Kinshasa anymore.”

He has promised to distribute weapons in stadiums and churches in order to spread the war throughout the country.

He made these threats following a decision by Belgian judicial authorities to order searches of residences belonging to members of the Tshisekedi family. Nine members of the family, including his wife and two children who are Belgian citizens, are suspected of money laundering and illicit enrichment.

Clearly, what he is announcing suggests that a campaign to hunt down and target white people in Kinshasa could begin.

This threat must be taken seriously, as UDPS has an armed militia known as Force du Progrès.

The Government in Kinshasa Needs to Rethink Its Governance!

If this document, reportedly issued by the authorities in Sankuru Province, is authentic, it raises a serious concern that deserves public discussion: Is it right to prevent young people from leaving their own province to seek opportunities elsewhere?

The government should protect its citizens, respect their rights, and help them access opportunities in employment, education, and healthcare instead of imposing restrictions that limit their freedom and development.

A country is not built by trapping young people in their own provinces, but by giving them opportunities, security, and freedom.

If Kinshasa wants to demonstrate good governance, it must listen to the concerns of its citizens and respect their fundamental rights. Good leadership is measured by how well it protects and serves the people, not by how it dictates where they must live.

🇷🇼🎂 Happy Birthday to President Paul Kagame, the one and only Super General! Born in Rwanda in 1957, his journey shaped his historic leadership in Rwanda’s liberation. He is celebrated as the only General to have led the fight that stopped the Genocide against the Tutsi in 1994. While the Holocaust ended with Nazi Germany’s defeat by the Allied powers, Rwanda’s liberation was led by the RPA under Kagame’s command.
