The @CityofEdmonton is currently consulting on what 76 Avenue renewal should look like between 99st and 75st.
A group of us have gathered and formed Connect76 to make sure that we get the absolute best possible result on this very important street

Edmonton loses hundreds of millions of dollars on new suburbs, but we need to keep building homes to keep housing costs in check.
Zoning renewal is (part) of the solution.

The new land use bylaw is of no benefit to 'Developers'. Developers are perfectly happy building the city outward. The zoning bylaw doesn't magically create new developer profits, it simply helps to direct where profit oriented developers build homes.

@SkipTheDishes Please remind your drivers not to park in the #yegbike lanes. The driver of this car was fairly proud of the fact that he was parked in the bike lane even though it’s clearly marked as a no-stop zone.
@JRiemer780@CityofEdmonton Same as yesterday. Everyday cars are parked in this #yegbike lane. Obviously no enforcement happening. We need physical separation for this block. It’s part of the main 106 st and 83 Ave bike network.
Believe it or not, this is a bike lane. Yes, under those parked cars. And where the truck is pulling in. That’s a bike lane. Useless without physical barriers. @CityofEdmonton Can we get some physical separation here? #yegbike
