Well @JetBlue and @united - you got $246 dollars out of me when I should have only had to pay $86 but your ridiculous system was serving up error messages FOR NO REASON. Yet somehow all was good when I had to pay $246 to make a change. YOU SUCK.

I have to go to work now @JetBlue @united so can't wait around for the chat bot to let me know it's my time in cue - so that sucks. But I refuse to pay $246 because it's FRIDAY when on Wednesday it was $86 to change this flight. So hoping your algorithm will be cheaper later

Excuse me while I go on a RANT about @jetblue today. WHY do you offer flights for another carrier @united if you can't make changes 2 the flight online w/o help from a bot or agent. The wait times are hours long OR 2 try & call someone the wait is hours long & U charge $50 for it

and I'm currently using their @Apple feature for a chat and my wait time is 1.5-2hrs before I can expect someone to reply to my need for help. And lets not forget that currently the price on this flight change started at $86 and is now $246.

@JetBlue Having the WORST TIME trying 2 change my flight online. Have been trying for 3 days and I can't make the changes - ERROR MESSAGE EVERY TIME. Now the cost to change the flight jumped from $86 to $248. WHAT A RIPOFF. And you can't find a number to call anyone. DO BETTER
