@easyJet currently sat in Dubrovnik airport after a cancelled flight to Gatwick, waiting for a 4 hour bus to split to fly home from there. It’s nearly 3 hours after expected take off with no bags in sight, which we need so the buses can leave. We have been denied water or food

Doctors need to complete an F1 year for full registration. They must be prioritised.

If you include the total salary it takes 19 yrs for a doctor to equal a PA

(Now include the Student loan for a doctor)

Thank you to @NHSEngland FOI team for this information on the total number of unique applicants for CT1/ST1 training this year.

26,036 doctors applied for 9,331 posts - overall competition ratio 2.79:1.

There is no shortage of doctors. We just don't want to train them.

Thanks @UKFPO for showing prospective medical students that hard work will not be rewarded. I have a Biomedicine degree, won the award for top of the year and then studied Medicine and graduated this week with 2 awards for best in the year in 3rd year and final year.
