One thing I found from @JadeBonacolta in her newsletter this AM as she lists advice to her younger self:
Similar to @SahilBloom when he says that "closed mouths don't get fed".
Helps to remind ourselves of what the worst outcome could be -- doesn't hurt to try!
@Jomboy_ Everyone tip the cap to Boonie. Left Cam in, Rosario big ABs, McMahon defensive gem, Goldy gets a PH knock. If you’re gonna rip him for some questionable choices, you better give him his flowers tonight.
Been a little while but here are more nuggets I’ve picked up from readings, podcasts, and life lately.
This from @jayshetty, his Princeton Commencement Address. Missed this over the summer but man, he's got some really profound ideas in only 25 minutes.

Got on a big time C.S. Lewis kick this winter. One that I love / want to share:
“The mark of perfect Friendship is not that help will be given when the pinch comes (of course it will) but that, having been given, it makes no difference at all.” - C.S. Lewis via The Four Loves
After using up all my eligibility at Yale University, I am entering the transfer portal as a Grad Transfer with three years of eligibility remaining!
- December Graduate
- Position: Athlete
Truly one of the best podcasts I’ve come across in a long time from @hubermanlab and @morganhousel. Highly recommend if you have the time:

Some of the best nuggets I took from the episode:
