just a curious trader

[Ye | FTM @Ye_FTM]

I’m putting this new Verifiable Payout Certificate to the test. 👀

I’ll sponsor 2 serious traders with a $25K 1-Step Nitro each.

Your mission: trade it, document the journey publicly, get paid, and share your certificate with all your trading stats visible.

Influencer or not, I don’t care.

Why should I choose you?

[DukeTrades @Dukesimon_]

@Ye_FTM ACG banned me less than a week after funded with a 100k account,I have never shared my device with anyone…
It will be really nice to start the month on a good note with such opportunity @Ye_FTM

[DukeTrades @Dukesimon_]

@NazimFX1 I went and got me FTMO,I already sensed it won’t be worth my time going back and forth with them

[DukeTrades @Dukesimon_]

@wannabechamp As long as they pay lol

[N @NazimFX1]

BANNED. NO EXPLANATION. NO RESPONSE. DAY 4.

4 days since Alpha Capital Group terminated my accounts.

I’ve sent multiple emails formally disputing the decision and asking for clarification on the evidence behind the allegations.

Still no response to any of them.

No call.
No explanation.
No opportunity to properly defend myself.

Just a straight termination and removal of access.

ACG says 9 CID/device identifiers associated with my account were linked to 2 other customer accounts.

I’ve repeatedly asked:

What are these 9 CIDs?
When were they recorded?
Do they represent physical devices?
What activity do they relate to?
And most importantly — what evidence shows that I personally accessed or managed another customer’s account?

I have never knowingly accessed, managed or traded anyone else’s ACG account.

I’ve now sent another follow-up asking them to respond.

I’ve been with ACG for around 4 years, spent £30k+ with them and received 3 previous payouts.

How can you permanently terminate a customer’s accounts and then not even respond when they formally dispute the allegations?

Day 4. Still waiting.

Why can’t anyone help the small traders….

[N @NazimFX1]

I was literally telling everyone to go with ACG when other firms were doing dodgy things because I genuinely trusted these guys. Even when i first started trading i must have spent over £30k with them…

After 3 payouts, a risk interview and being in the 1% risk group, this is how it ends - terminated over an alleged CID/device issue that I genuinely don’t understand.

I’ve only ever accessed my ACG MT5 from my own iPhone and have never managed or traded anyone else’s account.

I’ve asked them to show me exactly what these 9 CIDs represent and what evidence links me personally to the other accounts.

Honestly, they’ve done me dirty. I guess it’s back to FTMO for me. 🫠

I’ll keep you guys updated on this situation as it develops.

I also know a few people who’ve had similar situations happen to them - genuinely quiet traders who have made £60k+ from ACG and have then been banned despite saying they’ve done nothing wrong. They’ve apparently been told their cases are closed, which honestly doesn’t sit right with me.

It does make you question whether smaller, quieter traders get treated differently from traders with a much bigger public profile. I’m not saying that’s definitely what’s happening, but when you see things like this happening, it’s hard not to question it.

And just to make one thing crystal clear: I am NOT stupid enough to trade someone else’s account, manage accounts or do any bullshit like that. Ive been involved in trading for around 5 years. After everything I’ve put into this(6 figures), I’d have to be an absolute idiot to risk everything by doing something so stupid.

I’m going to keep pushing this because I genuinely believe there has to be an explanation for what’s happened. I won’t stop just because I’m a smaller trader.

If you told me last week that ACG would do something like this to me, I would have bet my entire life savings saying they wouldn’t. I’ve always said Alpha Futures were great and ACG CFD was great - until now.

What can you do, life goes on eh. But I’ll keep you guys updated

UPDATE: @AlphaCapitalUK risk team replied to my email

'Following an internal investigation, we identified that an account previously purchased under your profile was accessed and traded from a device identifier that also appears across multiple other user profiles.
It is important to clarify that the activity identified does not necessarily relate to a recently active account. The device overlap may originate from an older, expired, or otherwise inactive account previously held under your profile. As outlined above, these enhanced detection capabilities have only recently been incorporated into our Risk and Compliance framework, allowing historical account and device relationships to be identified and reviewed retrospectively.
Following completion of our investigation, the evidence has been reviewed and the decision previously communicated remains unchanged.
This matter is therefore considered concluded and is not open to further dispute.'

MY OPINION:
Relying on a retroactive CID match is unreliable. Flagging my profile based on a 32-digit hardware identifier from an older or inactive account does not prove any wrongdoing. Device identifiers, hardware hashes, and old cloud networks can easily overlap or get recycled over time, which has nothing to do with coordinated trading or policy violations.

My actual trading history should be reviewed. If the risk team evaluates my actual execution logs, IP history, and trading patterns rather than relying solely on an automated system filter, it will be clear that my trading activity is entirely independent.

The timing of this decision is deeply concerning. Being hit with a retroactive compliance restriction right when I have $6,000 in legitimate payouts waiting to be processed feels completely unfair and raises serious questions about how these rules are being applied.

I will continue posting about this matter until I can speak directly with a representative from the team. I will not remain silent simply because I lack a social media following. While $6,000 may not be a significant amount in the broader trading industry, it is a substantial sum of money to me. I worked hard to earn it, and I am entitled to request and receive my funds.

On 17/9/26 @AlphaCapitalUK closed my accounts and banned me for CID/account management. I need help getting this tweet some traction.

I have a 200k funded account and 100k funded account. Both accounts combined had profit of $6000 (before split) which was due last week.
I have emailed risk and support. No reply since.

I have been trading with Alpha Capital Group since 2024. I have approximately $65000 total payouts (lifetime amount) in this time period.
I have never been involved in account management, group trading or anything of that sort.
I am not a trading influencer, mentor or social media person.
I have an iPhone 11 that I use to enter and exit my trades on MT5 and I have not logged into my ACG accounts on MT5 on any other device except this iPhone.

I have no idea who these people are. I am from the UK and I have no friends/peers in the trading industry. I am a lone trader, I don't share signals or discuss my trade ideas with anyone.

I had a phone call conversation due to my success at Alpha on 01/09/26 and they asked me if I could review ACG on @PropFirmMatch - I did this as I enjoy trading with the firm and the reliability of it.

I have had a risk interview in the past in order to confirm I am the trader trading the account and show my usage of MT5 etc. which all went fine.

On 16/09/26, Harry from the Trader Relation & Content Team emailed me and asked me if I would like to feature in the journey in a short Trader Success Interview on Zoom for 20 minutes and that would be shared on socials such as Instagram, Youtube etc. I was in the process of accepting this and then got banned the next day by risk.

This whole ordeal has been stressful and I would like to get it sorted out asap as I’ve done nothing wrong.

Apologies in advance to the influencers I’ve tagged, but I have no social media presence, any help/reposting/traction I would be grateful.
