@Delta @BostonLogan last night delta flt #2990 landed in Bos at 8:34 were held on tarmac for 3.5 hrs w/no bathrooms/freezing conditions. Delta just sent email saying “Your flight was delayed on the tarmac by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which is beyond our control.“

@delta @BostonLogan we were literally held on the plane for 3.5 hours for no reason! Given a small cup of water and a mini biscotti. I want full refunds plus compensation for my driver who sat in the parking lot the entire time!
