@centrifuge Will Korean CFG holders be eligible for the token-to-equity conversion?
If not, what is the specific legal/regulatory reason, and what alternative will be provided for Korean holders?
Please clarify this before the conversion process begins.
@grovedotfinance@centrifuge Grove, you hold 37.8M CFG. What is your position on CP172? Do you support it, oppose it, or are you still evaluating it? Your vote could greatly impact CFG holders. Please don’t leave us guessing.
@centrifuge@get_para CP172 talks about maximizing long-term value, but where is the value accrual for CFG holders? Are buybacks or burns being considered? Please don’t betray the long-term CFG holders who have believed in and supported Centrifuge for years.

@itsbhaji@SALTConference Coinbase invested in Centrifuge. So why abandon CP171’s “single value accrual: CFG” for equity?
Why can’t Centrifuge grow both the business and CFG value?
Why sacrifice CFG now?
@centrifuge It’s really hard to understand how CP171, which was approved by governance, was never even activated or implemented, only to have CP172 suddenly come out proposing a completely different direction.
It’s difficult to understand how the position could be reversed so completely.

@centrifuge CP171 stated clearly:
“There is a single value accrual mechanism: CFG. There is no equity business.”
Now CP172 proposes converting CFG into Centrifuge Inc. equity.
Strategies can change, but this is a fundamental reversal.
What changed? CFG holders deserve an explanation.
