@enoughtopray@SoVeryBritish Food comes from the kitchen. Food is good. You get the food faster if you A) help make it & B) are in the kitchen. It is a holiday because of the food that is being made and the people that are present.
If you were an angry bird, who would you be? We'd have to go with the northern hawk owl.

SHE'S FREE!!!!! So thrilled to hear that Brittney Griner is finally coming home 💜 Welcome home BG, and fuck you Russia.
CBS News: Brittney Griner released by Russia in 1-for-1 prisoner swap for arms dealer Viktor Bout.
A friend told me an amazing story over the weekend of how she’d been with a group of mostly young people, discussing the most famous person they’d shagged.
When they got to the very end of the table, a woman in her 70s looked up and said quietly: ‘Elvis’.
@lasrina Never, never, never pass up the opportunity to use a clean bathroom when traveling. You have no idea how long it will be before you see another one.
@Swilua The “yeah, we don’t record that” in female healthcare is soooo pervasive.
Have you read Invisible Women by @CCriadoPerez ?
The effects of alcohol on breast milk was only formally studied a few years ago.
The standard seems to be “just assume women can’t do it & start there” 🤯
That moment when you're in the exact situation when a sober friend is supposed to save you from making a terrible mistake but you don't have a good enough friend so you make the mistake anyway .
Try saying these without sounding sarcastic:
1. That's great
2. Good for you
3. Have fun
4. Fascinating
5. Thanks for that
6. Well done you
7. Good luck with that
8. Sounds thrilling
9. What a shame
10. Wow
Go ahead and say we're lazy, spoiled freeloaders who have done nothing and are going nowhere. You were already saying it.

The fact that dudes go on a diet but they call it "biohacking" is so funny to me.
Like if men started knitting they would call it "hyper threading" or "powertangling" or some shit
My ADHD was misdiagnosed as “smart but lazy”, “selfish”, “lacks effort”, “in his own world”, “too sensitive”, “messy and disorganized”, “always late”, “gets in his own way”, “sloppy handwriting”, “overly emotional”, “a lot”, and not living up to his potential.”
@Theholisticpsyc It is so hard when you open your eyes and see that some relationships will never be what you hoped they would be and that their values are so different to your own.
My idealised imaginary versions of them have disappeared and I miss them terribly. 😢
