@LNER are you actually able to confirm when tickets for 28/29 January will be available? Set up a ticket alert, received email today saying they they were now available but when I followed the link in the email they’re not available?

@LNER Thank you - turns out some of the reservations have been incorrectly put up in the carriages. But I have a seat now at least! 😊 v helpful staff!

@LNER 10.52 Retford to Kings Cross - are the seat reservations not working? My reserved seat had a different reservation sign (Harrogate to Kings X) and I’m not the only one that’s happened to.

@BekoUK dishwasher is just over 2 years old - had an error with the floor illumination light fixed during the warranty period, 12 months later the floor illumination light is broken again. Surely this shouldn’t break every 12 months? Is there a common issue/easy fix?

@TfL incredibly disappointed to be stood at a bus stop for #99 to Woolwich that’s supposed to run every 12 minutes - I’ve been here an hour, and 2 buses have driven passed without stopping because they’re too full.
