3 key measurements: 1️⃣ LVOT Diameter: Used to calculate the cross-sectional area (CSA) of the LVOT (left ventricular outflow tract). 2️⃣ AS Jet Velocity: Recorded using CW Doppler. 3️⃣ LVOT Velocity (Pulsed Doppler): Captured to get the velocity-time integral (VTI) of the LVOT.
