Chargebacks and refund rate doesn’t mean you run a legit store bro, Shopify often also checks the product, productpage and also the creatives. Are you running some sketchy things? If yes I would suggest you first clean them up and then make an appeal! 👍🏼

Our 8fig store has 8% refund rate and 0,1 chargeback and never had a problem! Also are you on Shopify plus? Maybe I can ask my Shopify Account manager to also help you 😅
